What do you snack on?

Like lots of you ladies, I've had a huge appetite lately.  This week I hardboiled some eggs and bought some yogurt w/ granola for snacking.  I know, boring!  What have you been eating that's quick, easy & healthy?

  • cold & lightly salted shelled edamame, veggies & light dressing, ginger snaps, apple with peanut butter, lima beans, string cheese, yogurt, dry cereal

     

    I think that's mostly it.

    I forgot about fruit cups!  That reminds me that I've also eaten apple sauce a few times this week.

    Edamame how I love thee.  Reminds me of sushi which is off limits :(.  String cheese is a good one too.  Lots of great snack ideas!

  • Cereal and milk, mini chocolate bars, yogurt, celery with cream cheese on it, granny smith apples

  • Cut up fresh fruit or veggies, yogurt, hummus and crackers, cheese and crackers, jello, popcorn.

    Can you buy that in the grocery store or is it something you mix up yourself?  Sounds like it would be good. I've never met a yogurt I didn't like.

  • Its boring, but saltines with peanut butter... I've had extremely bad nausea though. But it seems to curb my nausea and hunger.

  • The Greek Honey Yogurt is delicious...  the brand they sell near me is called Chobani and you buy it at the grocery store in the same section as all the other yogurts.

  • At this rate I'm going to have a huge grocery bill tomorrow.  On the bright side, I won't have a lack of things to eat in the fridge like I do right now.  I just ate my 3rd hardboiled egg of the day.

  • Fruit, granola bars and yogurt! There aren't many things that sound good to me. Oh and almonds. I need stuff that is easy to snack on at work.

  • Popsicles... and I'm working on getting more fruit in (apples, bananas, grapes.) I also like cheese and crackers.

  • Man, you guys eat healthy.

    My snacks are more like these: cookies, chocolate, chocolate chip muffins

    (Yeah, I better stop that before I wind up gaining close to 40 lbs again this pg.)

  • Celery, fruit cups and pre cut fruit like cantalope.  Occasionally some popcorn.  But these are foods that I can eat...most of the time I have ZERO appetite.
  • I'm trying to snack on fruit instead of junk.  Fuji apples are my fav.  If those aren't around I go straight to the cheetos. =)

  • cheese & crackers.  I've been eating cheese like its going out of style!
  • goldfish crackers, crunchy macintosh apples, fruit snacks from target, pudding, apple sauce, cheese sticks, Milano cookies for a treat
  • Lately it's been Cheez-Its, applesauce, chocolate pudding cups, grapes and granola bars.  I was eating string cheese like crazy, but it just hasn't been very appealing the last 2-3 weeks.

  • Grapes, grapes, and more grapes!  Seriously, green ones, red ones, concord ones....I'm not picky!!
  • Trail mix....I make my own with peanuts, cashews, almonds, sunflower seeds, raisins.....and of course m&m's (plain and peanut)!
