Homestead girls
I didnt remember about the damn airshow this morning coming home from shopping and by the time I got to my exit on the Turnpike I wanted to scream! I had to go all the way down to Campbell Drive then get back on going North just so i could get off again on 288 LOL. Then some wanker decided to run the red light going towards the air base and was stopped right in the middle of my left turn. Idiot.
The line to get into the base was all the way back past the turnpike on 288 and there cops everywhere. Needless to say, we decided to stay home and not go to the show after all.
That and the planes keep freaking Liev out!

We live 5 minutes from the base and it took us 20 minutes to drive to and park at the Air Show and then another 20 to get through security and to the area where all the planes were. I have to say, tho, it was worth it! We saw a lot from our house and the road on Saturday but getting to see them up close was super cool. I thought Sophie was going to get freaked out with the noise but it did not even phase her.
They are already advertising for next year since this year was such a success so mark your calender for 11/6/10 to either go or be out of town. LOL!
Disney it is! LOL
