So question...for those of you who unfortunately had missed m/c....did you stop feeling "pregnant" or did you continue to feel pregnant, go to the doctor and thats when you found out? Just curious....TIA ladies
I had belighted ovum in May. I literally woke up one morning and my boobs did not hurt and my back was not sore. Up until that point I felt very pregnant. My Hcg continued to rise, it was very bizarre.
I went in for my 1st apt...I thought I was 8 weeks but quickly found out the baby stopped growing at 5 weeks. The day after my my boobs stopped hurting and other feelings left me. A week later I had my D&C.

I am glad you asked this-I am always a little hesitant to ask about m/c (I have had one) so I know how hard it is. Mine was not a missed m/c and I am very curious about people's experiences with this.
I am personally worried that b/c I am taking a progesterone supplement, and worry that it will somehow prevent my body from letting go of a non viable pregnancy (if that were the case). So needless to say, I am terrified but anxiously awaiting my next Dr appointment HOPING that little baby is thriving.
I am pretty much symptomless and have been this whole time, so I don't have any good "indicators" that everything is going ok.
Thank you guys! I am just paranoid...I still "feel pregnant" but I never got any morning sicknessever ::::KNOCK ON WOOD::::: I already had an U/S and everything was perfect but I don't go again til the 19th for my 12 week and I dont know I just like to hear other peoples experiences...
Thanks for posting the question and thanks to all who responded! I was actually wondering the same thing but was afraid to ask because it's such a sensative topic. Best of luck to everyone!
I had a missed mc. Found at 12 weeks, the baby stopped growing at 10. I actually did not lose my symptoms I was literally still throwing up the night before my dr's app. I'm not sure if it was nerves or what. I never had extreme symptoms with that pg anyway so it was really hard to gage. I do know that its totally normal for symptoms to lighten up at your stage. I also know that 4 weeks is a long time in between app and its hard not to worry. I worry constantly. I'm sure everything is fine. I know my Dr. will do peace of mind u/s if I'm having a hard time. Chances are though if you have had an u/s and everything was fine you're probably still fine. I know its hard!
I had a 'feeling' right from the beginning that something just didn't feel right. I had very mild symptoms, but still just kinda knew things weren't going well. I couldn't get in for an u/s until 10.5 weeks. It was confirmed then that I had a missed m/c. I can't explain why I felt the way I did, I just had that bad feeling.
I had a missed m/c where the babies were measuring a week behind. I noticed that week after they stopped growing before I had my appointment that I had more energy and that my m/s had subsided just a little. At that time I thought maybe it was just because I was towards the end of the 1st tri. However I didnt have any spotting or cramping. It was a total shock when I found out at my regular ob appointment.

Yes and no. One of my miscarriages I did lose some symptoms (mainly sore breasts). But I kept all my symptoms with many of my losses. Honestly I kind of just knew that something was not right.
Try not to worry too much (I know easier said than done). My symptoms (regardless of whether the pregnancy was viable or not) always diminished around 8-9 weeks. Unfortunately there is no magic formula or way to know for sure if this pregnancy will stick or not.
Your ultrasound looks very good, the gestational sac looks excellent and the fact that you heard the heartbeat at 8 weeks lowers your chance of miscarriage considerably (3%).
Just keep praying for your little one. Pray for insight, health and protection. With this pregnancy and with DS#1 I just knew that I knew that I knew that it would stick. Despite a rocky start.
Hang in there. The odds are on your side!!

My missed m/c was a crazy surprise....I felt pregnant, symptoms and all, no spotting, no reason to suspect a thing. A few days before my first appt at 8 weeks, I suddenly realized that my breast were not as tender, and didn't hurt...I didn't think anything of it until I went to the appt and found out.
I sincerely feel that every pregnancy is different....with this one, I had a little bit of spotting, not as sore breasts and stronger nausea and we saw strong heartbeats at 6 weeks.
Re: Missed M/C Question
I am so sorry!
I have had 4 m/c and with each of them I have stopped feeling pregnant. My boobs don't hurt I'm not sick I don't crave anything.
I lost one at 14 weeks and I thought I was just feeling better then a vcouple days later I started spotting bright red blood.
I lost one at 6weeks
One at 8 weeks
and one a few days after finding out
I went in for my 1st apt...I thought I was 8 weeks but quickly found out the baby stopped growing at 5 weeks. The day after my my boobs stopped hurting and other feelings left me. A week later I had my D&C.
Hope things are okay for you!
