4 chicken bewbs
2 lemons
Oregano (fresh or dried)
Thyme (fresh or dried)
olive oil
salt/ pepper
Season your bewbs with salt and pepper. In a dish (cake pan, pyrex, fancy Apilco platter, what have you) juice 1 1/2 lemons. Whisk in about a 1/4 cup of olive oil, add the oregano and thyme whilst whisking. Plop the bewbs in the marinade vessel of choice and stab them with a fork over and over (get lots of holes in them so the marinade soaks up into the meat). Toss in the fridge for however long you choose (i like to do about 4 hours, but 20 minutes works well too). Sear those babies with some olive oil and put over pasta and feta deliciousness.
