So I'm taking Evening Primose Oil and...

3x a day orally and 1x Vaginally.  The gross thing about it every time I burp, I swear this funky taste in mouth shows up and I was thinking it was the EPO, because when I smelled a capsule, thats what burps smell like.

Ugh. I hope the EPO does its "thing"...and yes I know it won't bring on the labor....it just softens the cervix.

    Yeah, EPO burps are pretty nasty... I've been bad about taking it orally, actually, and pretty much just do 2 capsles vaginally at night. Probably not enough to do anything, but at least I feel like I am! Too, I'm already 3cm and 50%, so it can only continue to help, right?

    Totally. Before I started taking it, at my 1st internal I was 1.5 cm dilated and 50% effaced.  At my last appt (which was Thursday) I was 2 cm and 60% effaced, but I had only done the EPO thing for 2 days.  I am hoping it works.
