When to wash baby stuff...

So we have TONS of baby stuff that needs to be washed- socks, blankets, clothing (although I plan on washing the 0-3 stuff, and only one or two NB sized outfits in case LO is too big for them.)

Just curious when you gals started washing your stuff. I am going to wait until the very last minute to deal with the bedding, but not sure when to wash the clothing.

i washed it early, as soon as we got our furniture i began washing what i bought to put away neatly! The day after my shower i washed all my new clothes too, that was around 34 weeks

I did all of mine already. It kind of made me sad though b/c I still have so long to wait. I shouldn't have done it so early. ; p

I washed everything around 34 weeks. Try to wash it as soon as you can, because you will get very tired & drained closer to your due date & as your belly gets bigger it becomes harder to do things...good luck!

i'm planning on starting to wash stuff tomorrow... creating my different piles today... I don't think i'm going to washing anything past 6 months...

I washed gender neutral stuff last week. I'll have guests and hubby help with pink clothes (or frantically bought blue clothes Wink

) after LO is born--I'm paranoid she'll come out a boy and we'll have tons of clothes we can't use or return.

I plan on doing it when I'm 35 weeks, after my shower. I don't have much to wash now anyway, I'm waiting to see what he receives, and then buy what he still needs.

I Just started mine a few days ago. I did half the stuff and will do the other half next week. So 35-36 weeks for me.

Starting tonight for me! I have my first load in the laundry basket and am just waiting for DH to get home so he can carry it down the stairs for me (I have a hard time carrying stuff down for some reason, but up is fine - weird). I know I'm starting late, but as long as it's done before she gets here, that's fine with me.
