Photographer recommendations?

We would like to get prof photos done for our DD soon, since DS was 5 months when we did his. Back then, we just used our wedding photographer, but we now live over 2000 miles away so that's not going to work. We are looking at a budget of $500 or less. If we can find a quality photographer for lower, bonus! Please let me know who you used and if you are willing to post a photo, I wouldn't complain!

We use Joseph Mark photography for sittings and BluDoor for mini-sessions. We enjoy both of their work.

I have yet to use her, we are having our pictures done on Nov. 14th, but Terry Smith's (https://www.clarinesmith.com/#) pictures look awesome! And it seems people can't say enough good things about her. She also gives you a CD with the pictures on it. Good luck!

I used Sara Dane Scott with Little Ones Rock...www.littleonesrock.com. She's very reasonable and also gives you the cd with images includled in price. Her website listed packages starting at 175..with cd.

See my post above ... we used Stefani Marcus and LOVED her. She does a 1 hour session for $75, which gives you 25-30 edited images on a disk. She was WONDERFUL.

My cousin does pictures and is actually a student photographer so she charges real cheap! Just pretty much for prints and rights to pictures!

I highly recommend Deena Riley. We signed up for a 4 session package for around $500 (we signed in early summer , not sure if her prices are the same now)- this includes the images/rights as well as a canvas hanging. We've had two sessions with her and have been very happy!
