    DH has joint custody but SD lives with her BM during the weekdays and with us every weekend. Hopefully this will be changing soon since we are headed back to court in January.

    BM has primary physical custody, we live long distance so we don't see them EOW.  We have a huuuge visitation in the summer and alternate spring break & holidays.

    We "unofficially" have 50/50. Out of every 14 days, the boys are with us 7.

    Haha! Actually Ms. Lily is a miniature pinscher. You can't tell at her baby stage because they are so small like chihuahuas. She's lanky and skinny now.

    haha I guess I am a special snowflake...

     

    BM has full physical and legal custody.  We have none.  We are lucky to see SD once a year (and thats even pushing it...)

    Our arrangement is so out of whack it gets confusing.

    BM has physical custody, they live in another state. According to CO, we get SS school holidays (summer break, spring break, winter break) and every other xmas/bday... only he'll be 3 this month, so he doesn't go to school. And, since he can't fly alone yet, we have to pay for plane tix there to get him, bring him here, take him home, then fly US home. Uhm... expensive. So we had him all summer (May-Aug) and will go visit him in AR for a week in Dec. Until he's actually in school, BM is being pretty flexible with dates, age appropriately. But we are moving down to AR in May to be with him, so I imagine we'll work it to weekends, etc. 

    Whenever we arrange something outside of CO, we just sign notarized docs saying where he will be and with whom, and what day he will be returned to BM's care.

    I voted Special because we have custody and she hasn't had the kids visit her in over a year.
    Stay at home mom to a house of boys: two amazing stepsons, 12 and 9, and our 4 year old.

    Haha, lanky and skinny would definitely not describe my pup. She gets "big boned" and "fat" all the time though. She's definitely not a min pin, but has the coloring of one.

    We have 50% custody.

    Mom has Monday, Tuesday.  We have Wednesday, Thursday  And weekends (Friday through Monday morning) rotate.

    Works out nicely and the longest my SS goes without seeing a parent is 5 days.

    BF and I share custody 50/50. We alternate weekends, and during my weekend he gets her 2 days out of the week, and his weekend starts on thursday.  I end up having her 1 more day out of the week than him.

    our agreement is 51/49 but in the process of being changed to 50/50...and honestly even at the 51/49 it's still joint b/c they made up the plan together and they both have joint decision on everything...although BM fights this tooth and nail...i guess she didn't read the parenting plan she was signing?
