Not to brag, but to show you how ridiculously efficient I've become!
Here's what I got done this morning during DD's 1 1/2 hour nap in her swing:
Made tea & fried egg & toast for myself
Ate
Sorted & gathered laundry
Loaded DD's clothes, etc. in the washing machine
Wiped down top of washing machine
Stuffed about 15 pocket diapers & put away
Bumped
Caught up on email
Organized about half of my new knitting binder
Loaded dishwasher & ran it
Wiped down counters
Washed a few hand-wash only kitchen items
Washed & relanolized a wool diaper cover & hung it to dry
Folded towels from dryer & loaded DD's clothes
Folded DD's clothes
Readied corks & reusable bags for shopping later today

over-achiever! i'm lucky if i get my shoes on before i leave the house most mornings.... (i put them on in the elevator)
Well, this was after not getting a thing done yesterday!
Now if only he'd sleep somewhere besides ontop of me...
I have actually become pretty good about doing my chores when DH gets home. Its weird- I almost look forward to a reason to give him over to DH (other than being a little tired from holding him all day). I get atleast one thing done every evening, be it dinner or a load of laundry or unloading the dishwasher... and in the mornings, DS is cheerful enough that I can put him down long enough to start a load of diapers or laundry, so at least we're not TOO far behind on stuff. It just sucks that our house in on th emarket and needs to be spotless all the time!
