Can someone refresh my memory?

When you get off clomid, what does it do to your cycles?  Unfortunately I ran out of OPKs before I got a + and thought, "I know what I'm doing" so I didn't make time to get more.  I thought I ovulated on cd14, but it is cd17 and I still haven't had a temperature rise.  Poor DH, we are too old to be doing it every night!  Last night we were cracking ourselves up because we were so tired. "We'll get ourselves pregnant or die trying!"  I looked back at my old charts, but the first time I was on clomid I had an HSG the next cycle followed by a LAP/HSC so I have no reference for the come down off the drug.  Is a longer cycle normal?

    I usually o'd right on time, if not 1-2 days later and (unfortunately) got AF on time.  GL!  And yes, nookie for conception IS hard work!
