Even if we don't leave, I always change him as soon as he wakes up. I'll only put a onesie on him, but still, I couldn't imagine staying in PJ's all day. I have, but I have a weird thing about DS being in PJ's all day.
What about you?

I always get her dressed on the days I don't work. But if we don't go anywhere I stay in my sweats all day. My DH, however, never gets her dressed- she'll be in her footed PJs and he says if I had a choice that is what I would where all day.

K usually naps within two hours of waking up in the morning so I usually change her after her first nap. Though she has been a bit cranky with her tooth coming in so at least twice I have let her chill in her jammies all day.
Usually not until after his morning nap. I don't see the point. He wakes up before six and goes back to bed shortly after eight. He wakes up around ten, and at that point I put some clothes on him.
Right after I feed him in the morning. Which is about 15 mins after he wakes up for the day. I can't let him stay in his pj's either for some reason but I'm sure they don't really care.

During the week I let him stay in his PJs until after his first nap, then get him dressed for the day. On the weekends when DH gets up with him, he gets him dressed as soon as he wakes up.
She can hang out in her PJ's but the problem is when she crawls she crawls out of the feet so that her legs are in the abdomen part of the PJ's & she gets stuck - so I change her to allow her to be mobile.
