I've been more tired since my BFP, but I don't have that drop dead fatigue. I almost started to experience some mild nauseau on and off around my 6 week mark, usually after I eat.
I have been really tired. I use to go to bed at 11 and now I find myself in bed at 7 even after having a nap earlier in the day. I have also been feeling really nauseas lately. The only things that I am able to eat are bagels and toast. Everything else makes my stomach queasy.
I was feeling tired before I even got my BFP. It's finally getting a little better. As for the m/s, I felt nauseous and puked for the first time at 4W5D. For your sake, I hope it stays away.

I have noticed that I am more tired than usual, but other than that I haven't really noticed anything. Everyone is different and every pregnancy different! Good luck, hope the M/S doesn't last long!!!
Re: morning sickness and fatigue @ only 5-6 weeks?

I've been napping after work almost ever day, and always falling asleep in the car... They say i'm 6w 6d, and i've been like this for 2 weeks!

My fatigue began at week five. I found it hard to stay awake at work. The m/s began somewhere between week 6 and 7.
