Here they are - the boobie cupcakes. The nippleless mini cupcakes are post-mastectomy boobies; the nippled regular size cupcakes are post-reconstruction boobies. Enjoy!

    Back story: a good friend is having her final surgery in her breast reconstruction on Monday. We are throwing her a "boobie shower" tomorrow night. Buttery nipples shots, boobie cupcakes, pin the nipple on the boob, trivia (like those stupid bridal shower games, only questions like "How many CC's is her right breast expander?"), and boob balloons. All of it homemade and beyond cheesy. It's gonna rock.

    That is awesome.  What a great idea for a party and what a cool way to support your friend.  I love it!

    DD(9)DD(5.5)DS(3)DS(born 2/1/11) July 2006, lost a baby at 8 weeks, natural miscarriage , May 2009 lost Zoe Eliana at 17 weeks no reason known, possible under developed organs. Lost two more babies in September 2009 at 7 wks 4 days. Had myomectomy surgery to remove a large fibroid in November 2009.

    I tried so hard to stay up last night to see this, but I couldn't make it.  It's a great post to wake up to, though!  They turned our great, Colinda!
