Fatima. You guys are awesome and this board perfectly fits me. I've posted a few times but here's the official intro.

I had a CP in April, a natural MC in August and am trying again. (Info not in siggy bc I hated seeing it w every post). I guess I'm in the 2ww, didn't want to temp or OPK this cycle. Excited to share this awfully scary experience with you. Hoping Humphrey brings me sticky baby dust.

Hi! Good to see you over here. I couldn't go back to GP for several reasons, though I tried. TTCAL is a much better fit for me, too. Hope this cycle brings better luck for you now that you've gotten some answers.

OH- and I just got a full b/w panel and all was normal. I did have compound heterozygote MTHFR mutation (I effing HATE that word) but with normal homocystein levels. I will see a maternal fetal medicine doc Dec. 1 to see if I should go on extra folic acid and/or baby aspirin. Good times.

I new ur screen name was familiar- how long ago did you leave GP. I still visit there, but I'm trying to conceive after a loss (two losses) so this really is a perfect fit. I like perusing SAL siggies bc they give me hope. Seems like 3rd time is a charm for most.

My MFM said taking extra folic was great, your body gets rid of what you don't need. Just wanted to let you know in case you wanted to start earlier. He also said baby asprin has abs no risks, but I would maybe wait for your doc to tell you that.

I spent a lot of time on there over the summer, until I got my BFP in August, and have posted there sporadically this month. I followed your situation when we were both on 1st Tri and you were suffering through blood draws and progesterone, and I was so bummed for you.

You'll love this board - no drama here.

I'm doing well. Just got my first AF post D&C and am cleared to try again this cycle.

Nope. My PNV has 800 mcg, and I take an extra 800 mcg. You can buy folic acid on its own at any drug store.

Oh my gosh- you are so sweet to remember those details, wow, reading that just reminded me that I really was pregnant Yes, drama is annoying, I'm here for support and to receive support and learn. Not to argue about silly things. Cheers to your AF, I know how exciting that is after a MC. Good luck this cycle.

BTW- with my most recent b/w they took SIXTEEN vials of blood!
