What was your number? 15 points isn't much at all. You should do fine on the 3 hour. Just make sure you bring something with protein& carbs to have after the test as well as water to help. They gave me a pack of pb crackers for when i finished, but that was probably because I didn't 'bring anything and was feeling really loopy.

I was right on the cut-off for the one hour and then failed the three hour by a huge margin.
In contrast, I have seen posts from people who failed the one hour by a lot and then passed the three hour easily.
There is no way you can predict what will happen. Follow the fasting instructions you are given. Bring stuff with you to read - you will have to sit quietly for the 3 hours on Monday.
If you pass, great. The majority who fail the one hour do pass the three hour. If you fail, you will survive. It is not that big a deal to watch what you eat and test your blood sugar levels.
Thanks guys...the nurse didn't tell me the exact number and I was on the phone with her AND in the middle of a conference call for work so I didn't think to ask her. She faxed over more details to my husband's office so I'll see that when he brings it home (mostly on what to eat and do between now and Monday).
I just had my test today as well. Looks like I failed by 1 point. I guess the doctor will be calling me soon to schedule the 3 hour test. At least it looks like my anemia test turned out good.
