  I just side nurse in bed. It's great, especially for night feedings. During the day i just prop up on the arm of the couch. I never even used the boppy.

  i use a pillow that is shaped like a tootsie rool. i put it under whatever arm is under his head & it works great!

  My Brest Friend is awesome.  I have this and the boppy, and the brest friend is much more comfortable.
