  i've heard bad, bad things about yaz.  talk to quickchick? i think, she had some severe issues with it.

  I've never taken Yaz- but these commercials make me wonder about Docs who give it out as a reg. BCP. Isn't it supposed to be for people with severe PMDD?

  If I stayed on BC we would surely be divorced and I would have no job.  It makes me very aggresive.

  I would. I've only really heard of Mirena. What is another good option.

  The Nuvaring freaks me out for some reason, fyi.

  I would. I've only really heard of Mirena. What is another good option.

  The Nuvaring freaks me out for some reason, fyi.

   

  Para-guard is a copper IUD- the metal acts as a spermicide. I don't have one, but have considered it. My doc didn't think it was the right route since I MAY want another LO in less than 5 years. You can have it taken out if you change your mind, but I think its a PITA.

  I'm still on the mini-pill and am not looking forward to going back to the regular stuff for all the same reasons. Good luck finding something that works. Oh- and on the ring I've heard guys can feel it and its weird... so not an option for me either. It creeps me out!

  Interesting discussion. I'm on Yaz and it keeps me sane before my period. Am I the only one with good results taking Yaz?
