Just booked our next disney trip-YAY!

We had so much fun this weekend that we decided to go back for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party! Anyone else going to that? Has anyone been to that?

    YES!! Marc and I have gone to this since the first year we were dating.  It's our tradition :)  We buy an ornament every year and have them write our name and the year on it.  This year we're going the weekend of Dec 18th, Fri - Sun, when are you going?

    What a great tradition! I love the ornament idea! I did buy 2 ornaments while we were at disney this past weekend but I had no idea they personalized them-I'll have to buy Riley another one to mark her "christmas" disney trip and hopefully I can get it personalized too.

    We are just going to miss you, Leanna =( we are going Dec 10-12th.

    aww :(  We can't go that weekend b/c of marcs office holiday party.  A tip - the personalization takes a while so go to the christmas shop as soon as you arrive and get it then, if you wait they may get booked and then you can't do it.   And don't do it at the christmas store at downtown disney they have at least a few day waiting list!!

    We started the Disney ornament tradition too last year when we went for Thanksgiving. We'll be back in a few weeks for turkey day '09 :) Disney gets you hooked! LOL

    Hmm, we were just there at the same time as you, and are dying to get back ASAP.  Where did you stay last time, are you staying there again?  If we go back again, we'll have to stay somewhere else (less luxurious, the last trip was AWESOME but spendy...)

    Yayy!!! I'm trying to convince dh to go (mostly because I'm having Disney withdrawls lol). I've heard Mickeys Very Merry Christmas is amazing though!

    Last weekend we stayed at Disney's Port Orleans Riverside Resort. I just love how they have the extra perk of transportation to all the parks and extra magic hours so we booked to stay there again. We have AAA so that saved us about $20.00 off per night. I think it's costing us about $155.00 per night. Where did you stay at?

    I have dinner reservations at Captain's Grille at the Yacht Club. We ate their last year for Thanksgiving and they had a traditional turkey dinner buffet. It was super yummy! Lots of restaurants offer traditional turkey dinner you just need to see who still has availability.

    We leave Nov 12th for Disney! We won't be going to Mickey's VMC, tho. But still I am excited to see the Osborne Lights at Hollywood Studios and to get an ornament. :) We will be there for 5 days. I cannot wait to see the parks all decorated for Christmas. Woohoo!
