Cold Medicine?

Has anyone given there LO cold medicine? Can they have it this little? (flame if you must, dd has never been sick until now) her cough is so back and she has so much junk going on I just want to help her sleep better and may do a wally world trip.

    No.. not that I have ever been told anyway. You could always try your pedi though.

    We just took DD to the pedi today cause she lost her voice and she said DD has a cold.  And she never mentioned any cold medicine, although I never asked cause I thought we weren't supposed to give LO any....but she said to just make sure she gets plenty of fluids.

    You're not supposed to give cold meds until they're 2..from what I understand anyway
