OK, so I'm feeling a little left out on the whole buddy thing.  How do I go about getting myself one?  Do I just look for willing volunteers, or should I be shooting for someone with a similar cycle to mine??  So many questions...this seems like such a serious commitment!!  ;)

    just do a request! often new folks to the board don't have them - or when someone 'graduates' you may want a new one . . . .if you do post about who doesn't have a buddy - then with that list see where in cycle you are and do some matchmaking. but that's not necessary - my buddy and I aren't synced up cycle wise- but all is good! 

    m/c#1 07/16/08 (11 weeks), m/c#2 10/10/08 (8 weeks). and then nothing since except every test possible (no answers). IUI#1 and #2: BFNs Super lucky to be buddies with Peetie. Our out of nowhere, surprise DD born 5/29/2011

    Hmm...I'm going to have to think about this one.  I think a buddy would be good for me.  Strength in numbers, you know?  :)

    i will tell you I didn't have one for a long long time - then someone was doing the matching, and I got my first. it's been nice to have one person to check in with - know a little bit more about - etc. and as people graduate, or have other things going on - it's nice to have a touch point person to relay info to the board. . . (and since then 2 of my buddies have graduated to SAL!)
