boo. i'm disappointed in my fellow mainers. i'm not interested in a gay marriage debate tonight...just sayin'. why do we have to take such a step backwards? and no one even noticed we legalized marijuana lol. i can smoke a big jibber cause it helps my nausea but if i'm gay i can't get married. eff.

    i know julia, half of my family live in CT. it's a sad day up here. gay marriage doesn't affect me directly, but if i had a friend or a family member who was gay, i would like for them to be able to marry in maine if they wanted to. i feel so fortunate to have the life i do, and i feel so bad for the maine residents who aren't able to live the life they dream of. boo.

    I think this is sad, too.  I wonder how those people would feel if they were told they can't marry the person they love.  Would they care then?
