Baby Shower favor ideas

Does anyone have any unique favor ideas?  I am co-hosting a shower for a girlfriend who did mine and she went above and beyond.  If anyone has any good ideas they would be most appreciated!!  She is way more creative than me . . . .

    For my sister's shower I bought little baby bottles and filled them with pink jelly beans since she was having a girl.  Then I tied a ribbon around the top with her name, the baby name, and the shower date (or something along those lines - it was a long time ago!).  They looked pretty cute!

    My friend threw mine and had soaps from BAB and had labels on them that said "From Haley's shower to yours". It was cute.

    We took the little boxes of muffin mixes and put them in pink bags, then put little labels on them that said There is a muffin in the oven with the baking directions and our name and stuff.

    My sister bought the full size Baby Ruth bars and printed out a label that said "Baby DS name" and taped it over the part that has the Baby Ruth name on it.
