Um WTF? I'm sitting in a parking lot

Because A fell asleep. Some guy was putting flyers on windows. He gets to my car and I shake my head "no", he goes for it anyway so I turned on my wipers. Once they stop he does it again, I turn on my wipers AGAIN. He does this four times. Then he walks around to put it in the back wiper which I also turn on so he comes around and sticks the card on my drivers side window jam. What in the hell???
