teething fever?

my daughter's molars are coming in and I had to go get her from daycare with a 102.8 fever. (she's 9 months)  Of course I'm ok with getting her, but they didn't seem to believe me that I thought it was just a teething fever. I gave her some tylenol and a she sat in the bath for a bit.  Now I'm worried, butI really thinkit's just teething.
