  I imagine it depends more on weight and head control than age. You'll probably know when she's ready!

  Does your jogger have a way to attach your carseat?  We're using ours now for walks that way and it's really nice!

  6 months if jogging. Otherwise, with the carrier and walking you should be able to use right away.

  Can your car seat go in the jogging stroller?  I use the BOB with the Graco Snugride.

  Get a BundleMe & put it in the jogging stroller-wks for us & My LO is 7 wks too.

  Our jogger has an attachment so that you can put the car seat in it and use it for a newborn
