DD did. It really started to slow down around 4/5 months and she was not spitting up at all by six months. She didn't have reflux, but was a "happy spitter" and spit up CONSTANTLY...she had to be double bibbed at all times, and went through several outfits a day. Don't lose hope!

My DS was like this too. He's 8 mos now and still spits up a little here and there. The only thing is...now its not just formula coming out.
Mine pretty much stopped at 6 months and prior to that he was a huge spitter, I would have to change his top and bib 4-5 times a day.

My DS outgrew his acid reflux around 7mo. My DD outgrew hers around 6mo. Now, she only spits up if she ate too fast or is getting sick.
