Joseph has had a rash on his lower belly for a little over a week now. I know it's because he leaks through his diapers at night. We are using overnight diapers (which don't always work ugh!) and I have been putting Desitin on it at every diaper change, and at night. I have a call into the pedi for other rec's but thought I'd ask here as well. TIA
Re: Diaper rash cream rec's
Agree, definitely Aquaphor. Butt Paste does nothing for us.
I also think Aquaphor is great ... so is triple paste.

I absolutely swear by calmoseptine for daiper rashes. It's the best cream out there by far & I've tried them all. It was rec by my pedi. It can be used as a daily diaper cream but it's used for a lot of medical things such as drainage tube sites. It's found usually at the pharmacy area or counter but you don't need a prescription.

I like aquaphor also but it's not the same. We use aquaphor more as a lotion for my dd's eczema.
