OTC meds and TTC

Does anyone know if it's okay to take OTC pain meds like Tylenol or Ibuprophin, and OTC allergy meds like Alegra while TTC?  My allergies are getting really bad to the point that i need to take an allegra everyday. Also, unrelated to my allergies, i haven't been to the chiropractor for over 6 months and my hips are killing me and the only way i can sleep some nights is to take some kind of pain reliever.
