I want the Medela PISA - but decided to register for the Lansinoh double electric. They both got good reviews and both highly recomended on the breastfeeding board here. The Lansinoh was less expensive and lighter in weight to carry (I plan to go back to work after 4 months).
ETA: By the way - The Ameda Purely Yours is the same pump as the Lansinoh. I also wanted to mention that there is a post below regarding the Lansinoh double electric not being hands free.
I have the Medela PISA and the Medela Harmony manual pump. I love them both and highly reccomend them both.
You should definately get a manual pump even if you get an electric. It's so nice to be able to use while out and about for the day.You can just toss it in a ziploc bag in your diaper bag or purse. I've also used it during long car rides (while DH was driving - - pretty sight lol).
The Medela Freestyle. I have multiple friends who have 4 - 6 month old babies that have all highly recommended this. I am starting back to work after two months and it's highly portable, lightweight and the rechargeable battery lasts up to 7 days.
The one recommendation everyone told me was to buy it close to your due date and don't open it. Then rent a hospital grade pump for the first couple weeks until your supply is established. If you are definitely going to continue BF then open up the pump but if you have some unexpected reasons why you will not continue to BF then you can always return it.
4 of my 6 friends with infants have continued EBF and are using either the Medela Freestyle or PISA. They also highly recommended reading a book on BF'ing BEFORE the baby is born so that you have a good set of expectations and are less likely to become frustrated.
Getting the Medela PISA... I'm going to be a SAHM, so no need to pay the extra cost for the Freestyle. MIL is a neonatal nurse and is able to get a big discount on Medelas.

I bought a Freestyle from a friend who never used it but opened it and sterilized the parts. I had plans on getting the Pump in Style, based on the reviews, but her DH's company paid for part of the pump, so I got a fantastic deal on it. Much cheaper then any of the PIS's.
Re: What breast pump did you buy?

Best of luck!
Ameda Purely Yours
I checked online reviews and also have a friend who used hers with TWO babies for a year each, no problems!
