I never dated anyone younger than me but when I met DH, we clicked so well. He told me how old he was and I freaked. I told him I could not date him. He chased me for about 2 months until I finally agreed to go out with him and that was it, we have been together since. He is really mature for his age so I never really think about the age difference. He is 26, I am 34.

Honestly, it was never a conscience concern of mine. I did tend to date younger guys.. but I never purposed to do that. DH is a year and a half younger than me.. so I guess I stuck to that trend. LOL
As for a cut off.. it would really depend on the person. My mom and dad were 14 years apart. They didn't work out. LOL Now my mom and step-dad are 7 years apart and they've lasted 20 years.
I never in a million years thought I would be married to someone 10 years older than me. DH and I met back in college (I was 17 and he was 27). He wanted to date back then and I turned him down because I knew my father would have a fit. He dated my roommate instead for a few years. He married, I married, we both divorced and ran into each other at Cracker Barrel (I was 29, he was 39). At that point, the age difference didn't bother me and I couldn't imagine being without him.
I've been with DH since I was 18, so at that point my limit was 18 to about 23/24. DH was 21 when we met. I wouldn't have gone out with anyone younger b/c it just seemed weird to be dating a high schooler while in college.
I never had a "cut off", but I tended not to be attracted to men who were younger. I never dated anyone more than 10 years my senior, but not on purpose. I'm sure I would have if I'd met someone I clicked with who was 10+ years older.
I just wanted someone older than me... ended up with DH who is a month older than me...lol. I was in college at the time and figured the oldest guy I'd meet was 23. I didnt really think about it too much.
the oldest I ever dated was 13 years older than me and he acted 10 years younger than me (I was 23!) DH is 7 years older than me but you wouldn't be able to tell. I always tended to like older. Younger annoyed me lol they were so crazy lol.
My bff was dating a guy 19 years older than her (almost 20) he is a really nice guy but his adopted daughter is 27 and my bff is 30. Her parents don't know he is almost 50! lol she told them he was 40....she always loved the older men!!!! lol at least 10 years older!

I wouldn't date younger guys and IF he was younger it had to be less that a year younger.
DH is 2.5 years younger....I broke a lot of my "dating rules" when I met DH.
