I assume by "side dish" you mean anything but the turkey. I hate to call the stuffing a "side dish" because I would be totally happy with stuffing INSTEAD of turkey. So I guess I would be stuffing. And thank you for making me drool on my keyboard.

It's almost a souffle - lots of eggs, cream, cheap white bread and canned crushed pineapple baked until it's a little crispy on top and fluffy in the middle. Heaven.
That's a tough question - I love my sweet potatoes w/ marshmallows, but I'm (frankly) not that sweet. I'll have to go with my homemade cranberry sauce - a bit tart, but surprisingly fresh and delicious.

Ooh I'd be yams cubed and sauteed with garlic and rosemary in coconut oil, my new favorite dish. I don't like the sweet yam dish, unless its Purposely Vague's!

I'd be sweet potatoes with carmelized marshmallows on top.
I dropped a HUGE dish of them on the way to the table one year. I just about cried.
