NJ girl needs chicago recommendation!

We will be visiting chicago over New years with our 2.5 year old. What is the best of the childrens museums? I was looking at the Chicago childrens museum on navy pier and the Dupage Childrens museum in Naperville. We are staying with family in Plano.

    If you are staying in Plano, the children's museum in Naperville is definitely closer and it is quite nice.  If you make a trip downtown the Shedd Aquarium is a big hit as well.  Also Brookfield Zoo is open year round.

    DuPage Children's Museum in Naperville is great, and it will be WAY closer for you to get there from Plano.
