daycare recommedations livonia area

can anyone recommend their daycare? i'm not due till may, but i'm starting to freak out already about putting this little tiny baby in a strangers hands...

    We are going to put DS in a licensed home daycare on 5 mile and farmington.  The woman who runs it is so sweet.  Her home has been completely remodeled for a daycare.  She runs it like a preschool but accepts infants.  She came highly recommended and is only $160 a week.

    We haven't started yet, but our LO is going to the Jackson Center, run by Livonia Public Schools.

    I have heard wonderful things about Jackson Center as well.  Good Luck in your search!

    Our little guy has a spot held at The Learning Tree in Livonia in March. ?We really loved the place. ?It felt like we would be dropping him off at school instead of daycare.

    We looked at a few other places in the area too. ?I'd rank them:

    1) ?Childtime (8 mile and newburgh)

    2) ?Tutor Time (5 mile and hagggerty)

    We went to the Kindercare on 6 and haggerty too but I didn't like it that much. ?Of course all this is based on visits only. ?Haven't used them yet.?
