6 weeks & pinchy feeling on my right side

Hi Ladies,

I've been starting to feel nervous because I've been feeling an off and on pinchy type feeling on my right side.  Almost like a little zap or sizzle that will come on for a few seconds and then it's gone.  I've been having cramps and I know they are normal and have also had every other symptom of early pregnancy (exhaustion, tender bbs, MOODY, m/s started today), but now I'm worried because this little pinch is only on my one side.  Has anyone else experienced this?

    Yes, for me it is round ligament pain.  Things are stretching and moving!

    Yep, it's totally normal, it's actually what made me tell my MW something was wrong with my first. She did an u/s and eased my mind.

    Thanks so much for the input!  I was going to call the doc tomorrow to ease my worry but maybe I'll hold off.

    I had the same thing and it ended up being a cyst on my right ovary (the side I ovulated from). They are very common and usually go away on their own. At my u/s today, my cyst was completely gone. That could be it.

    I had some soreness and pain in my pelvic/abdomen region just on my left side during my 5th week. I also had brown spotting with it. I just went to the doctor today and got an u/s and found out that everything is okay. The doctor was only concerned b/c of the spotting, not really about the pain (it wasn't too bad). If you have spotting you should definitely call your doctor. I was nervous to call my doctor, but she was really nice about it and they fit me in the next day.
