I am currently thinking up a creative project idea in my head, but I wanted to get some outside input first. I based this idea on what my kids enjoy, but I am curious if other kids enjoy the same things. These might seem like random questions, but I promise you it will help me out 
Have you ever tried to occupy your kids by giving them your credit card/driver's license? If you have did it seem to occupy their attention for a little bit?
Does your child have a favorite animal? What is it?
Does your child enjoy taking things out of a box and then putting them back in?
What toys seem to occupy your children's attention the most?

He likes to dump everything out. He hasn't figured out the putting things back in yet.
The toy has to make music. The thing he really loves the hard plastic book type toys on his activity table and walker.
Never tried to give a credit card/drivers licence but she does love postcards and coupons so I'm guessing those things would be a hit too

She loves taking things out of the box and is now having fun putting them back in
G just recieved the FP learning purse as a gift which she loves and even though this toy is NMS- she likes the crinkly money alot as well as the carry handle and putting in and taking stuff out. She likes things that rattle and that she can shake. She also has a musical keyboard that she likes bc it makes noise when she points (we are all about the pointing right now).

Yes, in fact I have to hide my purse because Tyler LOVES to go after my driver's license. He gets so excited to find it because it is a picture of Mommy!! I have tried to give him some of my business card with my picture on it, but it isn't the same. I also sometimes give him a store card to 'pay' like my Advantage card at Price Chopper and that help checkout go smoother since he has a job.

This varies, right now he is really into frogs and chicks.
Does your child enjoy taking things out of a box and then putting them back in?
Yes, this evolves as they get older. First it started around 6 months with what I called 'Bucket O'Toys' where I would fill a small bucket or box of baby toys and he loved to take them out one by one exploring them. Then a couple months into that stage it switched to putting or tossing items in the bucket to hear the sound it would make. Then at some point it switched to just plain destruction of emptying the box and tossing everything everywhere! Now we are at a stage with Ty where we encourage him to remove or ask for items one by one and then picking everything up and putting it back in the bucket before moving on to the next thing.
What toys seem to occupy your children's attention the most?
For Tyler, right now train tracks!! He has loved putting train tracks together for probably over a year now!! And just about any type of pretend play. I just got him a toddler kitchen set and he loves to cook and serve food. But most of all, he loves to have a pretend picnic!
He likes to take DH's debit card out of his wallet and put it back in. It works for a few minutes.
Not sure if he has a favorite animal, per se, but his lovey is an elephant
Definitely likes to take things out and put them back. He gets the biggest smile on his face when we tell him what a good helper he is!
Anything with buttons, lights, and sounds.

1. Do you remember my post about Charlie using the stove as an ATM & sticking my debit card in there? lol Now I save those fake credit cards that come in junk mail & he plays with them

Does your child enjoy taking things out of a box and then putting them back in? Oh my god, yeah. Boxes, drawers, diaper bags... he "unpacks" everything.
What toys seem to occupy your children's attention the most? Books, he just loves to flip through them.
