Thanks for all the kind words last night! DH and I struggle on some business stuff and it sucks when I can't get the support I need from him. He's very business minded (done two start-ups), but in a totally different industry, which presents problems.
So, I moved on and found a project that could satisfy my need to complete something and be successful. Finally. I needed it and am doing much better today. (Plus I found out DH washed my car yesterday and cleaned the whole inside...NICE).
Oooh, here's what I made (sorry for the cruddy 2 am cell phone pic, lol)

Re: MUCH better. (And a project PIP).
I like it. Did you use a pattern or just freehand it?
I am thinking about making a totebag for MIL for xmas, so I am on the hunt for a good pattern.
Just a freehand, it's actually small, I think 2"x5x6 (ish).
Hmmm, I'll have to hunt for some totebag patterns. I know there are great Amy Butler ones, but it depends on what you're looking for
