NTR, my poor sister

She fell at work today and hurt her ankle. Her manager is an idiot & didn't fill out an accident report (she works at a chain clothing store in the mall) and he didn't want to work alone so he wouldn't let her leave early. She's only 20 w/ very little work history behind her and honesly has no common sense about her, we always say she's just book smart. She didn't think to request an accident report or tell him to shove it & that she was going to the ER. She said she was scared she'd lose her job. Uhm, they have security cameras and she fell right in front of one setting up a display. She doesn't think sometimes.

She hurt her left ankle. She got home at 6pm and was at the ER by 7pm. She just called & she tore the main ligiment in her ankle and has a cast, boot & will be on crutches for 3 weeks. She also cannot walk around for 24 hours. She is on a full academic scholarship and is on a trimester basis, she'll be on break in about 3 weeks. She has 2 weeks left of her one spanish class which is in an old historic building w/ no elevator. Urgh. I told her to email her prof. Of course her class is on the 3rd floor and spanish is her minor so she's really freaking out about this class.
