Mine started falling out (practically in clumps) at exactly 3 months. There must be a big hormone change and 3 months because that's when a bunch of stuff changed for me.
Nothing I did stopped it. I just waited and it calmed down around the 6 month mark.

Same here. It has slowed down a bit, but I still have to clean out the hair catcher thingy in the shower practically every day. I thought I wouldn't have any hair left when it first started happening! Sadly, I don't think there's much you can do except wait it out.

I was afraid it would become noticeably thinner, because I was losing what appeared to be huge amounts every day... but it stopped as suddenly as it started and now it seems like it did before pg.
Whew! Good news! I'm almost to the six month mark. The shedding is such a pain. I never been able to decide if I'm more bummed about the thinning hair or the mess it makes all over the house.
