We did. We went with Wallenfriedmann. She ordered a crap ton of tests because the MRI report and pics were a lot worse then I thought. I don't know if you saw my post on the local list but it was BAD.
We are looking at a fusion at L4, L5 and possibly some repair work at the old fusion site. We are also looking at a possible fusion in my neck as well.
Now I have to decide which hospital to use. My surgery recovery at Joes sucked. Bad. Here is a link to the post where I tell what happened. In the end I think it's going to come down to where my GP can round.
