So, the past couple of days I haven't been very hungry and I feel like I've eaten a big meal all day long. I know that I need to eat, but I just don't feel hungry. Anyone else have this very full feeling? I'm guessing it's b/c LO is having a growth spurt - maybe my stomach is moving up further?

To be honest, MOST of my days feel like that. It is very seldom that it's anything else. But, when it is, I am a bottomless pit, so I'm glad that ost of the time I don't really feel that hungry.
Just be sure to eat small amounts of protein throughout the day (a piece of lunchmeat, some peanut butter, etc) so that you are staying nourished, and try not to worry about it. Your LO is just growing, and your body can't keep up!
This is a major issue for me. I now have to fax my MFM a daily food intake list for her to analyze because I haven't been gaining enough weight for twins. Everyone is driving me crazy bugging me to eat more and not believing me when I say I ALWAYS feel full and get sick/reflux/gallbladder attack anytime I have a "normal' meal.
My MFM told me 7 small protein-centric meals a day are a MUST....nuts, peanut butter, cheese stick, milkshake, ham slices, full-fat milk, yougurt etc...were some of her suggestions FYI

I'm the same way but it varies from day to day. ?One day last week, I didn't feel like lunch or dinner so I barely ate anything. ?The next day, I couldn't make it out of the house that morning without a SECOND breakfast. ?So I made up for it. ?
I tell myself that even if I'm not hungry, I need to have SOMETHING so Peanut continues to get nourishment. ??
Ahhhhhhhh....someone who feels my pain!!!! I don't feel so sheepish anymore, thank you!
Cheers to my lukewarm water, toast with butter and celery friend!
