HELP!! Gotta quick ??

If my husband fed my baby breast milk from a bottle while I was gone and the baby didn't drink all of the milk in the bottle (there is still two ounces left) can I use it at the next feeding???? Sometimes DH doesn't understand this stuff is liquid gold!!!

  • My understanding is that once it's in the bottle and touched the nipple, bacteria can pass into the milk from her mouth? Might try googling just to be sure.

    This is what we were told by our LC. I never fill a bottle with more than she can eat at once for fear of losing that precious liquid gold!
