  I was just complaining to my DH this morning about this.  I wake up a bunch of times during the night with my hips on fire.  Last night was the worst so far.  It doesn't happen to me from just sitting, but I guess that's coming too

  I keep saying I am going to do that and I never call around to make an appt.  I need to just set time aside Monday and call the chiropractor

  Hot water bottles - 2 of them!

  I should have thought of this too!  I LOVE my chiropractor and have seen him twice this pregnancy.  My favorite part is getting to lay on my belly on that table that has the drop-down.  I told him to leave me there for about twenty minutes and that I would pay him double, but he didn't go for it  

  I am SO going this week for my hips!

  I have been having this problem recently too. I never thought of heat or the chiro - thanks girls!
