Not sure how to describe it. First of all, thank God, picture perfect pregnancy so far, not a thing to complain about. Yesterday I was about 30 minutes into my second 45 minute walk for today. The last about 15 min started feeling a lot of either cramping/pressure/very uncomfortableness way down low. I know that the LO is lying real low, but it seems awfully early for me to be getting so much pressure from her. It just threw me for a loop.
BTW, I exercise 6 days a week (lifting and cardio) and haven't had any problems with that so far. Maybe I am just getting far enough along that when I am moving for that long at a time it will bother me??? Sorry if this sounds stupid, this is my first and it just threw me being THAT uncomfortable so early. Anyone else have this??
Re: Lower stomach pain/pressure???
The pressure of an ever full bladder could also be the reason. Especially if your LO is like mine and loves to bounce, kick and lay on it.
