All-in-One Bakeshop at 183/Ohlen Road will have them (opposite side of 183 from Target). They have an entire aisle of cookie cutters - you may even be able to buy them individually, I don't remember if their metal alphabets come individually or in a set (they should also defiintely have the plastic sets linked below). Sur La Table might have them. Michaels/Joanns/Hobby Lobby may have a Wilton set that you can get and then you could use a coupon (I'm guessing they'll have either this set or this one).
I have two sets, but they are both too small for your needs, I think.
