Update: I bribed her. It was actually about 3 bribes between getting her in the costume(promise of getting to hold my keys), putting her hair in piggies(2 hersheys kisses) and getting her out the door (a dum dum which she then held for the next 20 minutes we were outside). Totallty worth it to show her off. She said Hi and Thank You to at least 2 of our neighbors. She was cute, mommy is happy and she didn't melt down.

I was going to take her around to the neighbors and just say Hi but she's in a horrible mood today. Not sick that I can tell. She's started talking a lot more in the last week or two, using sentences. I think today is some kind of frustrating learning spurt for her. Nothing makes her happy and she just keeps jumping from one activity to the next. I brought out her UT Cheerleader costume, which she's happily worn twice now without incident and she burst into her all out Abby tantrum.
Re: I guess Abby won't be Trick or Treating this year =(
yay for getting her out and about!
