Would you find this weird? TOT related
One of the dads taking a group of kids around TOTing in my neighborhood was wearing just a knee-length trenchcoat. The top buttons were open with visible chest hair. He was not wearing pants. He did have a hat.
When I first saw the guy, I thought he was one of those people who expose themselves to kids (and that he was about to do that in front a large group of children including my DD). Then, two of the kids started talking to the man as if he were their parent.
So, I'm fairly certain it was just a costume -- but it seemed somewhat inappropriate for a parent chaperoning TOTing. Thoughts?

ditto to PP. he could have had shorts on and you did tnot see them.
