Giving my boob a break tonight

I'm having trouble with DS's latch, and my left boob is soooooo painful. Rather than push it and hurt it further, I'm going to give it a break and feed Henry pumped milk during that feeding. We'll use a medicine dropper rather than a bottle (since we had nipple confusion issues already) and I'm hoping this will help heal a little. We'll see!!

We used a little plastic medicine cup as needed the first couple weeks. I nursed mostly but had to take a few breaks and pump as well.
Oh and hang in there. It will get better.
You might try these gel pads...it's the only thing that got me through the first couple weeks with DD2. She had a bad latch that took awhile to get corrected...these pads were so soothing it was amazing!
