Vino: Zero- sick from candy!

And having what I think it ovulation pain/cramps.... NEVER had that before but hey... maybe even with the long cycle there is still hope!

We've turned our lights off and blew out the candle in our pumpkin - ran out of candy! Now I'm downstairs watching The Proposal and DH is up watching the World Series.

Sorry to hear you are sick. What is happening with your cycle? I know you were to see the MD, is there a next step there hon?

Yes turns out my estrogen levels are low and, surprise surprse, I haven't ovulated.

So...they started me on estrogen about two weeks ago and I will take that for thirty days with the last twelve days also taking prometrium. The idea is that this will build up my estrogen levels...and make AF show up.

THEN, on CD3 I'll get more tests done and start Clomid. The doc said it most likely won't work because of my low estrogen levels...but it's worth a shot. If it doesn't work...I start on injectables next (and will make sure my tubes are clear and DH will get a SA)

Sorry for the long-windedness....in any event, the cycle from hell is still continuing at this point.

Given the +OPK and the ewcm, I wouldn't be surprised if you get CH in the next 4 days.

My chart has tricked me like this before...so I'm trying to ignore it...though it's not easy to do! haha I sure do think it's purdy!

Don't apologize, good to know what's up with you

My two cents: I'd insist on comprehensive testing (SA included) before they start RXing. I think it's important to get the full picture before clomid is prescribed.

Hey Cathy,

All I can say is that charting is saving my sanity and YOU were so right that I didn't o when I thought I did.

I couldn't believe when I took an HPT and tried the OPK just for the heck of it yesterday that it was positive like woah! Still positive today and more EWCM and cramps than I have ever had. AMAZING!

I am worried about o'ing so late in this cycle and if I still have a chance to get KU.

I also feel o pain on my right side which is where I don't have my tube. I am remaining hopeful but wonder if this could be our month despite it being a long cycle and possibly o'ing on the side w/o the tube (dr. said it doesn't matter but we will see).

Thank you for your sage advice as always!

I am pleased to report: 80/20. Usually (and I mean most of the time we both travel on business, seperately. But this trp we are excited to be travelling predominately for pleasure, with a touch of business mixed in!
