Is that a capillary hemangioma on your LO's leg??

If so- I have a couple of questions for you!

    my pedi told me it was a birthmark but I'm not sure....it started showing up a few days after DS was born and got darker and a little bit raised for a few weeks until it kind of leveled out a couple of weeks ago....sorry I'm not more help!

    I'm pretty sure that's what it is then.  My son has one oh his face but it hasn't really gotten bigger... just a little darker.  He was 6 weeks Thrusday- did you son's grow when he was younger than that age?  How fast did it grow?  Get darker?  I'm just trying to determine whether C's is going to get bigger or not. 

    For what it's worth, my ped told me that they usually eventually disappear.

    It never got any bigger, just darker and then after a few weeks of it darkening it stopped.

     I think it was around 6 weeks that it stopped getting darker...your son is super cute BTW!
