So Bummed!

I was so excited to have DD old enough to kind of enjoy Halloween.  We invited all of her toddler friends over to come Trick or Treating with us for a little party and of course today she comes down with her first illness (cold- runny nose, eyes, fever, cough, sneeze, etc.) EVER!  

I know I should be grateful that we've made it to 17 months without even a runny nose, but dang!  NOW!?

    I'm so sorry. I know that sucks. Nicolas came down with something yesterday and we're going to miss ToT as well. It seems to hit us on holidays and special occasions as well. His first cold ever hit in the middle of his 1st birthday party. Then he got sick on vacation. Oh well.
